Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on June 7, 2022 found that Blue Mountain Home Health Care, Inc., had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on April 6, 2022.
